Delete your ScreenSona account
This page is for the ScreenSona app. The ScreenSona website has no accounts, so if you have only taken the quiz here there is nothing to delete.
In the app
- Tap the Settings button, the gear at the top right of the screen.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap DELETE ACCOUNT again to confirm.
Without the app
Email joe@thura.tv from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my ScreenSona account". We will delete your account within 7 days of your email and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign-in
- Your profile
- Your Premium status as ScreenSona records it
- Your taste signals: your ratings and reactions in the app
- Your watchlist
- Your recovery codes
- Every signed-in session, on every device
This cannot be undone.
What stays
Your quiz result, anonymously. The result of the ScreenSona quiz is kept without any link to you or your account, as it is for everyone who takes the quiz. Our privacy policy explains what that is.
A subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Our terms explain how.
